STP is an ATO initiative that requires the employer to report salaries, wages, PAYG withholding and superannuation obligations ELECTRONICALLY to the ATO each time they pay employees.
Some good news is that Xero is offering Business Edition software for FREE for the first 6 months to assist you in becoming STP Compliant.
